So Far, So Miserable - Anonymous employee Sago Employee Review

I've never seen a company more disorganized and more uncoordinated than this one. There is absolutely no communication between management and confusion runs rampant. An absolute lack of professionalism at all levels. Despite this, tension runs thick at all levels. I've had to walk away from employees in tears before and what little we get paid in no way justifies this behavior. I've never thought I'd see the day where after less than 6 months on the job I'd gladly leave for anything else at this point.
