No Regard for Employees - Anonymous employee Sago Employee Review

Negative environment, no appreciation of employees who work hard, no respect for personal boundaries, expectations to work from home, after hours and on the weekends. If you are salaried then you owe the company your life. Unequal pay scales. Once you are salary you never get a salary increase. You are stuck at that pay scale forever no matter how hard you work. Management is too busy looking at the negatives which abound instead of complimenting the positives. People are basically looked at like indentured servants. and pawns of the company.
