Pros
I worked there for many years and met some really great people.
Cons
Where to begin? Facility management is completely over worked and under paid. You are expected to do basically everything; scheduling and managing employees, client services, billing for projects, all the financial responsibilities and accounting for the office and since there is no tech onsite you are expected to handle any AV problems that arise. (Which is alot because the equipment is like something out of a bad sci-fi movie, not to mention a fire hazard) Also you are still expected to be a Qualitative Assistant and Supervisor. You are doing about 8 jobs and being paid for one (and the pay is horrible) All senior and not so senior employees have left the company because things have gotten so unbearable at this office. The new mgmt doesn't know their own head from a hole in the wall and wouldn't last 5 minutes dealing with the day to day operations and horrible working conditions. Not to mention we have some of the most demanding and entitled clients who come to this office and treat the staff like dogs. The staff do not get scheduled breaks (which is illegal btw) they are expected to work longs hours and some weeks they don't get any hours at all. The company has been on a "pay freeze" for years, good luck getting a raise or decent pay. Yet they just remodeled a bunch of locations with new furniture and big screen TVs, but you can't give you loyal and hard working employees a raise? It's disgusting. They will work you to death and drain the life from you, if you let them.
