      Pay was decent, benefits were affordable, Overall the company was a good company

      Cons

      The atmosphere in inside sales was unbearable. Micromanagement Favoritism Bonus structure did not correlate with rankings provide by department management. Lack of confidentially between department management and department employees regarding other department employees.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
