      Pros

      Decent pay, weekend and holidays off. Some people are nice. Training is good. Isaia reward points get you great gifts!

      Cons

      Favoritism is alive and well. All of the supervisors work on "hear say" I've seen people lose their jobs to this type of Foolery.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
