      Pros

      Great pay and benefits right out of college. Management provides excellent training. The department has a work hard play hard atmosphere. Peers and upper management are quick to recognize excellence. Promotional opportunities are attainable to go to the field.

      Cons

      Needs to have more team bonding activities outside of the office. If you don't have a positive attitude then you will not make it in this industry.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
