      Pros

      Pay is good very good opportunity to grow as far as raises. Top pay is pretty good has a good dock to driver program

      Cons

      Very poor training they give u 5 days to learn everything and send u off on your own. Not an safe environment drivers drive crazy trying to hit production. Managers don't care about your safety.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
