Worst Supervisor/ Manager i ever worked with. - Dock Worker Saia LTL Freight Employee Review

I never workied with manager/supervisor who sets bad example as bad as here. He is disrespectful, unprofessional, does not follow procedures, hides damages, on personal calls during shift, dosent report incidence when an employee gets hurt or equipment that should not be used, and he talks down on employees with other employees, Uses profanity all day long... the list goes on and on. Thank god for the few good workers there are we would never get anything done.
