Pros

do not make one mistake or your fired CAMERAS IN TRUCK RECORD EVERYTHING YOU DO. management pressures you to get back early or on time with know known reasons of why your late, constant threats,

Cons

lack of dockworkers/management being safe. But all the pressure is on you. You can check a trailer 20 times if you want in the minute you go to get in your truck if someone opens the door to a trailer and you don't know it you're still held accountable and fired they have no disciplinary rules for Dock Workers opening trailers that are marked closed even if you have the bills and you pull off with a trailer you will be fired if someone inadvertently opens the back while you're pulling away mark my words STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY it is made for you to fail they have no safety nets in line for a Driver they are not family oriented, your livelihood is cut off if you make a human mistake or an error

Pros

Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

Cons

No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
