Pros
If your are liked by one of the senior managers your going to be fine for a while. Some good people to work with. The people who do the work seem to care. Board of directors and such do not seem to care.
Cons
Always hiring people from YRC but comparing us to ODFL. Back Stabbing upper management. They will cut off their nose to spite their face. Constantly changing focus, one day it is one thing next day it is another.
