Pros
I've been with Saia for almost 24 years now and can not think of a better place to get up everyday to come to. We have a great team of Executives and Managers that make sure the employees are taken care of and listen to the employees. I've been here since the company was small and family owned, even after growing into a large corporation, I've never been treated like just a number. I still feel like I work for that family owned company I started with. . I've been able to explore different positions within the company over the years, there is definitely opportunity for growth and career paths. I would not have this many years of service invested in this company if it wasn't a great place to work.
Cons
I cannot think of one thing that is a con here at Saia. I love this company and could not think of a better place to be employed.
