The daily administrative work takes at least 50% of your time. Operations and Sales are not aliened, which seems to be the norm at most companies. Communication....not much of any really. You have to inquire and keep inquiring to get your requests processed or even acknowledge, if it does get acknowledged. High level of turn over and I can understand why.
