Stop imposture. Do what you say. If you really care about your people, then show no tolerance against bullies. If you want your team to follow your approach, then lead by example instead of empty words. If you want no politics, then do everything to improve transparency and honesty rather than building one secret circle over another.
Cons
Full of politics. It is not the best idea but the highest rank that wins. No clear vision or strategy to motivate the team, but only use carrot-and-stick approach to whip their team.
