      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Very little on the job training. Rude dispatchers and very little assistance from people at the terminals that are not your home terminal. Central dispatch are the biggest bunch of jerks I've ever dealt with in this business. Very hostile work enviroment.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
