      Pros

      I have been at Saia for over two years and I love working for a company that is large and stable but has the feel of a small company. I have seen a lot of improvements in the company and the inside sales department since I joined. They make you feel important and empower to you make a difference everyday. The new pay plan is awesome!

      Cons

      The coffee is horrible and vacation does not role over. I am not a fan of the grey cubicles. The office is a little drab.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
