      Local home everyday no night driving unless your doing line haul

      Cons

      Not enough hours, 9am start time, there always asking if anyone wants to stay home

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
