Cons
This market is acceleratingly converging. This is a big challenge and makes the balance of delivering software against diverse client need while maintaining though leadership difficult. Sometimes delivering on an idea may not take priority - though you, personally, may think it should. Focus, however, has always been on doing what is right. And I think that remains the best answer to this sometimes challenging situation.
