Pros

Mark McClain is still great when he interacts with employees and very well liked. But, his culture is losing traction. Still a decent technology and mostly good people.

Cons

Culture shift is on the way to doing a 180. They've made layoffs for the first time ever, happened after the TB acquisition. The Oracle mentality of selling by force seems to be taking root. Sounds like they might do regular cuts much like Oracle. Product can be slow to come out with new/needed/requested features. Marketing is still very much lagging. They promote a lot of success on slides but nobody is seeing the results on the streets. upper to senior leaders have completely lost touch of what it's like at the street level.

Pros

• Great culture, people are incredibly helpful, smart, and collaborative. • Strong focus on work-life balance and flexibility. • You get to work on industry-leading identity security tech that major enterprise clients actually care about.

Cons

With the dynamic shift toward new AI initiatives, staying aligned across teams takes extra effort as priorities adapt to market demands.

Pros

Collaborative environment, fair compensation and possibility of increase through shares awards, leadership that really tries to involve you with what you like doing - in my time here I never felt like a number, they genuinely care. Affinity groups give you the opportunity to meet people from many areas of the company. Pool of very qualified resources make staffing and overseeing projects easier. Product keeps advancing, so it never gets boring, there is always something new to learn. Good work life balance - heavier workload when projects going live or end of quarters, but lower in between.

Cons

Mostly remote teams - easy to stay isolated, very rare opportunities to bring the team to in person gatherings.
