3yThanks for your feedback. We aim to provide a rewards program that is both competitive and best supports our crew and our business objectives. While we stopped granting RSUs when we were taken private, our RSU grants were converted to the right to receive cash and those grants are still delivering value along the same vesting schedule. We continue to offer a competitive equity compensation program, with very similar reach, though in a different form than when we were a publicly held company.
