      Pros

      SailPoint is the best Employer to work with. As an employee we all are treated as adults - our ideas, our thoughts are very well respected. Entire company's culture is around the 4 I's which reflects how valuable we all are for the company. Customer Success is a top priority for the us. There is a room of discussion for every idea which later becomes part of product and meet the customer requirements. At SailPoint the communication is open between all levels. So far, this is the best employer and team I have worked for.

      I have never seen many cons but challenges which we discuss and overcome.

      Incredible company with awesome people and the most compelling product offering in the agentic AI governance market, which is set to become a tidal wave of demand. There is not a better company in the world to join right now.

      -Opportunity for growth and building a career for yourself -Company culture -WFH -Leadership who genuinely cares about your professional growth, as well as your personal growth (example: making sure your goals that you've set for yourself are within reach and are achievable) -In-depth enablement and endless resources -Benefits

      Cons

      -The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
