      a very thorough and complete hiring process, I was really impressed by the exact type and company I was joining, once I could evaluate all the aspects and skills necessary to carry out the role, I was delighted by the hiring process. When I finally received the offer and decided to accept it, I met a fully grown company that clearly covered all the points that were personally valuable to me and accepted the offer.

      -The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
