      I've been employed at SailPoint since April 2025 and have had an excellent experience overall. The team is fantastic, the technology is impressive, and the onboarding, training, and support have been outstanding.

      Cons

      The sales cycle are longer so commissions are slow as you are ramping up with your account base.

      -The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
