Pros
The best part of working at Sails is having the best team. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and really willing to go out of their way to assist with anything. In the past I never felt I had opportunity and support from the team the way I feel that at Sails. I feel really proud to be part of the team which constantly pushes me to do better.
Cons
There is nothing really I would say that I don't like, or I don't agree on. Sails team has standards and procedures to be followed and is improving their structure every day to be better. Doors are always open for us to give feedback and look for assistance.
