Pros
However even with its issues it is still an awesome place to work. All they request is that you do the best you can and dont be afraid to ask for help on something you are not sure of. There is much talent here and if you are willing to learn you can grow in any position. Know what you do and do what you know and you can go a long way....not just here.
Cons
The biggest challenge i see is there p/o process and HR. Accounting has to much control over funds when it comes to making necessary repairs... remember, this is an investment property for many private owners and additional expense on individual properties is paid for by owners. HR has great employees but there are policies in place that contradict the working atmosphere they want to project. 5 star/4 diamond resorts require top grade employees to maintain and represent such name sakes and should be paid and considered above your common Travelodge mentality. Employees are individuals that should be rewarded as an individual according to what they bring and offer the resort in productivity, craftsmanship and professionalism....not limited to how long one has worked there.
