      Outstanding benefits and the resort is beautiful.

      Cons

      Upper Management does not treat employees well. Human Resources is a complete joke, no confidentiality whatsoever. Location is in the middle of nowhere.

      Really felt like family working for Salamander, and the financial compensation is definitely worthwhile.

      There will be slow seasons and busy seasons, but that is quite common for any career in hospitality.
