Room for improvement - Anonymous employee SalesRabbit Employee Review

I never would have imagined our bean bags would make a review! ;) Thanks for offering your experience. I understand as a budding startup that some might interpret our company or myself as young, inexperienced, or not offering the diversity of established companies. While ever-changing, here are a few quick facts about our workforce: At the time of writing this, we have 76% White and 24% other races. While we welcome racial diversity, look for it and deeply value it, at this stage of our business we hire first for professional merit. 81% of our workforce is male and 19% is female. 9% is age 18-24, 66% is 25-34, 21% is 35-44, and 4% is 45-54. From all of the Employee satisfaction and survey data that we collect regularly, including exit interviews, we repeatedly receive high scores for our hiring practices; we evaluate and admit only excellent candidates. Most SalesRabbit employees hold their colleagues in high esteem and think of them as friends and professionals. Employees at SalesRabbit have always been our number one asset and always will be. Their voices, thoughts, and experiences are wanted, needed, and encouraged. While we practice radical candor as a method of communication, we provide forums for employees to communicate directly or anonymously, whichever they are more comfortable with.
