It is valued to be part of their business development/new business streams.

As government staffing contractors go, I felt Saliense went above and beyond in taking care of their employees. They were really receptive to feedback on how benefits could be improved, even as a small company.

The flipside of being a small business is that the benefits aren't what you'd get at a big management consulting firm, but that's pretty standard.
