The treatment of employees could be much better. There is little empathy or consideration for employees. Production stadards have been continuously changing since april of 2020 on an almost bi-monthly basis demanding stricter or higher numbers, while reducing programs offered to struggling clients. The standards and quotas implemented are often unreasonable and not re-evaluated and rendered as such until morale has suffered, people are disciplined, and others find immoral/ unethical ways to cheat the system; this is a direct result of metrics being handed out by people who do not do the grunt work of the actual job.
