Pros
Coworkers were nice and helpful. Most customers were sweet and fun to talk to. Decent discount.
Cons
Unrealistic sales quotas. Lack luster training. Insultingly low pay for knowledgable employees. Company needs to realize you shouldn't expect much motivation out of its employees for 15hrs/week at minimum wage. Kinda hard to give a damn when you're not making enough to feed yourself for the week. But hey, at least you'll have nice smelling hair!
