Pros
Free products, flexible hours and Good benefits. It's fast paced and there's always something to do. You get to go to lunch whenever you choose to and they have good products you can recommend to customers.
Cons
The downside working here the managers tend to be extremely unethical not very professional. It's just the managers that really make this place a bad place to work. All of us employees have made complaints about our manager and customers had complained about my manager but for some odd reason they kept her because she made quota by harassing us to make quota while she just went out to make"delivery sales" when actuality she was out visiting friends or doing her own personal shopping at other stores.
