      - Get a lot of free time ig - Decent employee discount - Work environment is typically pretty chill - Free stuff sometimes - Very inclusive - Surprisingly decent benefits

      Cons

      - Stores aren't aloud a lot of hours typically so probably don't count this as your main income - Drama like 75%+ of the time - You can kinda tell when upper management doesn't like someone - Pay really really sucks. Really don't count on this as your main income :( - Store expectations are really high and always get higher as time goes on - Not too much room for growth

      My store manager and team were wonderful! If you make the right moves you can move up the ladder reasonably quickly,

      Cons

      You can move up the ladder quickly because turnover is so high. Management will lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear to keep you from leaving. Your experience is entirely dependent on who your store manager is and if they are willing to advocate for you. District management does not care about employees.
