Empty promises for those transitioning from Ariel to BSG and it hurts me and my family!! - Anonymous employee Sally Beauty Employee Review

Advised of commision structure for july 1st now it is june 27th and it was pushed back to Aug. 1st. Advised of Vacation paid out on JUly 1st, now no one in BSG knows what im talking about. Thanks for hurting my family again. Customers are not recieving there orders properly and i have to call in to customer service everyday for them to place the orders for me. Customers are complaining more to me and i have no answers on why their orders are being delayed or mis ordered. Communication is not being relayed out at all. It is more find out yourself and let the whole team know.
