There simply isn't a better fisheries observer company than Saltwater!!! - Fisheries Observer Saltwater Employee Review

This company has gone above and beyond with me, and they take care of there observers to a degree that is unmatched by any other company. I was just talking to an observer that came from another company, and she was saying how bad the other company was. She switched to Saltwater, because she heard great things about it, and heard that they treat their observers right. I can vouch for that!! I have not met one bad apple at Saltwater. They are very professional, and they know that it is not all just about the data, it's about the people. If the observer isn't happy, then the data will be compromised. It's more than that though. Saltwater genuinely cares about their employees. They care for them, because it is only right. Because of that, I won't even look at another company. I believe that I will be returning to Saltwater, very soon. For any future observers, please consider what I am telling you. If you work for a great company, you are more likely to have a great time. A bad company may make you reconsider your decision to become a fisheries observer. I hope that you all make the best decision for your careers.
