I've been trusted with meaningful responsibilities, exposed to real-world critical infrastructure, and supported in my professional growth. The company values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and I've had opportunities to connect with leadership at every level.

The learning curve can be steep because of the technical nature of the work, but that's also what makes the job rewarding. New employees should be prepared to study and continuously learn.

The pay is generous. Work load is very streamlined and simple; very adaptable for various prior experiences.

The worst organization I've ever experienced. Professional standards do not exist here. Upper management and department heads do not seem fit for their role. The deficiencies in the professional mechanicisms of the company place an immenant threat to job security. The hiring, onboarding, placement, development plan, team management, and SOP's are not developed nor up to professional standard. You will be treated just as a #. Once your purpose has expired, you will be released. Your skills sets and work ethic will go unnoticed and unrewarded. The only observed advancements fit a very exclusive profile.
