Pros
Competitive pay and the opportunity to work on large-scale, mission-critical data center infrastructure. Many of the technicians and frontline employees were hardworking, knowledgeable, and committed to keeping the facility operating safely. The work itself was challenging and provided valuable experience.
Cons
My experience with leadership was extremely disappointing. I observed poor communication, inconsistent management, and a culture that, in my opinion, discouraged employees from raising legitimate concerns. Professional disagreements were not always handled constructively, which negatively affected morale. I invested significant time and effort into improving operations and supporting the team, but ultimately felt that professionalism, accountability, and respect were lacking. Employee retention and leadership consistency appeared to be ongoing challenges during my time there
