Pros
Not many - although they are great at telling you the work culture is "awesome" and dedicated to the employee. None of this "corporate speak" resonates at all. culture is a sham, the company treats the baseline in the field worker as a "butt in a seat" commodity they are selling at twice the cost you pay the actual employee working in the field for the end customer. company is "all about the Margin" and not about growing and improving workers lives. Total Sham.
Cons
I think I listed the "cons" in the "Pros section already" Take a look above to remind yourself why you should not work here. Zero commitment to the employee or your welfare, terrible benefits, no 401K match, and super high cost on their medical benefits. total "joke" on their "culture".
