Pros

The only pro of working at Salute is that you get exposure to bigger companies. However, you can work at a different company that will provide you much more while offering this same exposure effect

Cons

There are many downsides to working for Salute. The management is very unorganized, and they will be proud to use you as a scapegoat to excuse their lack of effective resource management and onboarding practices. (Notice that most of the positive reviews are cookie cutter and from upper management) Secondly, the management is full of "snake oil salesman" that will sell you a false dream and expect you to meet unrealistic standards. They will gaslight you quickly. (Work-life balance is not something that they value or you can expect to have). This company also offers some of the most overpriced benefits that are not worth the money. This company excels at hiring cheap labor that will not question them and promoting management that is unqualified to truly lead. Management is only "the best of what is left". The only thing they are good at is selling their clients false dreams and running their employees into the ground. They will disrespect and yell at you at any time to get their way. Job seekers should be aware there are FAR better companies out there that will treat you like a human being. Do not fall victim to the terrible recruitment strategy of this company. Their turnover speaks for itself. (Even though they will blame their employees for it).

Pros

Salute has provided me with an incredible opportunity to start a career in mission critical operations. As someone new to the data center industry, I've found leaders who encourage learning, answer questions, and recognize enthusiasm and work ethic. I've been trusted with meaningful responsibilities, exposed to real-world critical infrastructure, and supported in my professional growth. The company values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and I've had opportunities to connect with leadership at every level.

Cons

The learning curve can be steep because of the technical nature of the work, but that's also what makes the job rewarding. New employees should be prepared to study and continuously learn.

Pros

The pay is generous. Work load is very streamlined and simple; very adaptable for various prior experiences.

Cons

The worst organization I've ever experienced. Professional standards do not exist here. Upper management and department heads do not seem fit for their role. The deficiencies in the professional mechanicisms of the company place an immenant threat to job security. The hiring, onboarding, placement, development plan, team management, and SOP's are not developed nor up to professional standard. You will be treated just as a #. Once your purpose has expired, you will be released. Your skills sets and work ethic will go unnoticed and unrewarded. The only observed advancements fit a very exclusive profile. If you are interested in growing your professional career and skill sets, this is not the place for you. If you are looking to make some quick "in-between" money, sign up and then continue looking.
