The CEO micromanages everything, which leads to believe that he has no confidence in the capabilities of the people working there. This micromanagement transcends to other directors and managers in the organization. There are a number of people being promoted to people management roles, who shouldn't be placed in those positions because they possess a lack of maturity. It's also very cliquey and doesn't seem like a very professional environment to work in. Was not impressed and would not recommend working here if you are looking to work in an environment that will nurture you as an individual and provide respect.
