This has led a culture of 'yes' men and women. Heavy duty drinking culture - if you don't drink, you will not be in the clique and we are not just talking Sales folks chugging beers. If you manager drinks there is an unwritten expectation to show up at the bar after 4 and continue working from there. There are no all hands company meetings. News gets filtered down via Slack channels or from meetings w/ managers. Slack is the primary communication method.
