Pros

Fun crowd of A players, focus on working hard and doing the job right. If you work hard you will be recognized. Very strong culture, if that's your thing.

Cons

Sometimes there is less of a work life balance, and you have to drink the kool aid to a good extent to fit in. open office can be loud.
