Culture is weak - Anonymous employee Samanage Employee Review

Thank you for your review and advice for Samanage. I appreciate your insights. I'm sorry you didn't feel our benefits and pay are on par with other organizations our size. We offer unlimited PTO and a medical, dental, and vision plan that offer a free option for our employees. Our compensation practices, albeit new, provide us with data to ensure we are paying people relative to the market. We are in currently creating career paths for employees and having individual development plans for each person that works at Samanage. As a leader of a company constantly working in sometimes uncharted territory, it is important to balance company goals, customer needs and employee feedback. This occasionally creates the feeling that the employee's suggestions aren't being heard. We strongly value our employees and their suggestions, criticism and advice. We try to act on these ideas as often as possible. Occasionally we can't because it might not be feasible for the company, the idea is 'ahead of its time' or not in alignment with where the company is headed. What we can improve on is ensuring we communicate the 'why' behind the reason(s) we can use a suggestion. Thank you for providing us a reminder that we can improve on that.
