Pros
The people of Samanage are some of the best I've ever worked with. Each employee is hard working, helpful and fun oriented. Leadership cares about your opinion, as well as how you're doing both professionally and personally. Your rewarded for the level of work you put in, and the unlimited PTO is extremely nice to have (if you don't abuse it).
Cons
Creating better career paths and higher pay are two things Samanage is lacking - this has been addressed and it sounds like HR is actively fixing this. Implementing Work From Home days would be an added benefit, and help to ensure you retain your current employees and stay competitive in the market. Sometimes it feels like there's a disconnect between offices - adding better communication between the product team and customer-facing roles would be beneficial.
