Everyone is helpful, listens, and is available to everyone else in the company Good work life balance Decent benefits Literally anyone is welcomed with open arms

Lots of red tape for things that seem like not a big deal It takes a long time to shift the course of the ship Some days are go go go, other days are hurry up and wait
