Pros
Tons of room for career growth as the company continues going through a very rapid growth stage. Management values innovation and rewards hard work and dedication. The team is full of intelligent individuals and the environment is incredibly collaborative, even from a sales perspective. Everyone seems excited about the future of the company, how they are contributing, and we believe in the direction that management is taking the company. We all feel like we're a part of something awesome. The perks certainly don't hurt either. Having a bar in the office that's constantly stocked with drinks and snacks, tons of company outings and activities, and a casual, fun environment keep the team happy and motivated to do big things while maintaining an excellent work/life balance.
Cons
Not many. We've made it through the "growing pains" stage and while things change regularly, we're always striving to find ways to "do it better". Turnover rate is very small and management is very approachable if there are concerns from anyone.
