Company culture is a great balance of working hard and being committed to excellence and putting the customer first, and having fun and enjoying your time while at work. The managers genuinely care about every single person at Samanage and do their best to continue the harmonious growth and development of the team, the products, and the company as a whole.

Cons

Working in such a fast paced and dynamic industry can be overwhelming at times. It can be a lot to learn and take in - most of the training has been self-initiated, but that is certainly changing as the company grows.
