Cons
Working at the help desk, co-workers were toxic, passive, and childish. A lot of back-stabbing around the small knit department. Management is more focused on friendships with subordinates and allowing a hostile work environment to take place. Personal conversations were recorded without knowledge or consent; which were then used for blackmailing purposes. Upper Management handled the situation unprofessionally with unethical practices and no regard for an appeal. Was told "its not about the work, but how you get along with your co-workers". A previous employee before my own was fired along similar guidelines. Sexual harassment and wrongful termination cloud what could be a positive and engaging job aspect.
