      Pros

      Very flexible with college schedule. You build up PTO.

      Cons

      supervisors let favoritism affect the job, such as letting a person they like get away with not doing their job so the others have to pick up the slack. The nurses and doctors tend to look down on you and are rude.

      Pros

      There really are none to this hospital.

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. Operates like a high school cafeteria. Constant backstabbing by other managers and directors. Employ outside physicians who are accountable to no one and will not work to improve care or facility. Constant turnover of staff.
