      Decent pay for the area when you factor in shift differential

      Cons

      Horrible nurse managers always blaming the staff for problems that they should take the time to fix. No communication. Staff are taken for granted and expected to do more when they can see others getting praised for doing less.

      Pros

      There really are none to this hospital.

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. Operates like a high school cafeteria. Constant backstabbing by other managers and directors. Employ outside physicians who are accountable to no one and will not work to improve care or facility. Constant turnover of staff.
