Pros/Cons - Clinic Office Assistant Samaritan Medical Center Employee Review

I like my direct supervisor, benefits didn't apply to me as i didn't get them but my co-workers seem to think they fit their needs well. Although they don't give discounts to employees who use the ER which I thought was weird as every other Medical Center I have worked at has done so. Hours weren't crazy, I wasn't required to do mandatory overtime at my clinic but I do know of others that were requiring it.
