      Flexible hrs and outgoing co-workers

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to get a break, Never know where your gonna be until you get there and it can change last minute or during your shift. Hiring manager is all front and center and present during onboarding process then seems to fade away once the papers are signed.

      Pros

      There really are none to this hospital.

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment. Operates like a high school cafeteria. Constant backstabbing by other managers and directors. Employ outside physicians who are accountable to no one and will not work to improve care or facility. Constant turnover of staff.
